What happens next

Your onboarding, step by step

Most of this happens quietly in the background, and a lot of it can start the same day.

1

We talk it through

We go over what you've already got and what's been driving you crazy. You get a straight, flat quote up front — so you know exactly where you stand before anything changes.

2

Discovery & setup

I map your network and devices, then deploy a lightweight monitoring and security agent to each one — usually remotely, often the same day. No mess, no all-day install, no disruption.

3

Secured & running quietly

MFA, patching, enterprise antivirus, content filtering where it's needed, and verified daily backups — all working in the background. No pop-ups, no nagging, no downtime.

4

Go-live & check-ins

Daily check-ins the first week, then 30/60/90-day reviews to fine-tune monitoring, close any gaps, and plan ahead. When something needs a human, you reach me directly — not a queue.

Frequently asked questions

Is remote support secure?
Yes. I use industry-standard, encrypted remote support tools. Sessions are secure end to end.
Can you see me through my webcam?
Absolutely not. The tools view your screen when we're working together — never your room or your camera.
Is help desk support really unlimited?
Yes — routine remote help desk during business hours is unlimited in volume for covered users and devices. You're only billed separately for after-hours/emergency work, projects, third-party app support, and hardware — and those are always quoted first.
Can you fix my Mac or iPhone?
I specialize in Windows environments. I don't offer support for Apple devices or mobile phones — it keeps me sharp and fast at what I do best for you.
Can you teach me how to use Excel?
Standard support focuses on fixing broken tech. Guided software lessons are welcome — they're just booked as Training Sessions rather than a support ticket.
I spilled coffee on my laptop — can you help?
That's physical hardware damage, which remote support can't fix — but I can absolutely help you source a replacement and get you back up and running.
What if I need to cancel?
15 days' written notice before the 1st. Your plan simply stops renewing and you keep service through the end of the month you've already paid for. No last-month deposit, no penalty.
