Welcome aboard.
Your tech just got boring
— on purpose.
You've handed the uncertain part of IT to one person who actually answers. No call center, no scripts, no runaround. Here's exactly how to reach me, what's covered, and what happens next.
Winchester, IL · Owner-direct support, every time
Three ways to reach me
Pick whatever's easiest. The portal is fastest for anything non-urgent — it keeps a clean record of everything.
The Client Portal
Log in and click Submit Ticket. Or right-click the 9teen88 icon in your Windows system tray and choose Request Support. Track open tickets and see past resolutions any time.
Open the support portalEmail support
Send the details to Javonn@9teen88.net. Please include screenshots of any error messages — it gets you a fix faster.
Phone
Reserved for true "Business Down" emergencies — a full outage stopping you from working. Flag it urgent in the portal or email and I'll get a direct line to you fast.
Setting up your support portal
Right after onboarding you'll get a Portal Invite email. Here's what's in it and what you can do once you're in.
- Submit new tickets in seconds — describe the issue, attach a screenshot, done.
- Track open tickets and see live status without emailing to ask.
- Review history — every past ticket and how it was resolved, in one place.
Unlimited in-scope help desk — and total clarity on the rest
Your monthly plan covers everyday support with no per-ticket or hourly charge. Anything outside that is always quoted first, before any work begins — no surprises.
Included in your plan
- Unlimited remote help desk during business hours — troubleshooting, break-fix, software & OS issues
- Printer, peripheral, account & password help, email and connectivity fixes
- Monitoring, patching, antivirus & security tools — running silently in the background
- "How do I…" questions on your supported, everyday applications
Quoted separately (always up front)
- Projects & major changes — new deployments, migrations, office moves, network redesigns
- After-hours & emergency work (outside business hours)
- Third-party / vendor app internals, hardware & procurement
- Data recovery, incident response, and end-of-life / unsupported environments

How fast I respond
Every request is triaged by severity during standard business hours. Here's what you can count on.
Network or server down
A full outage — nobody can work.
Major app failure
A key application is down for multiple users.
Single-user issue
One person affected, or non-critical hardware.
Routine request
Password resets and everyday requests.
Your onboarding, step by step
Most of this happens quietly in the background, and a lot of it can start the same day.
We talk it through
We go over what you've already got and what's been driving you crazy. You get a straight, flat quote up front — so you know exactly where you stand before anything changes.
Discovery & setup
I map your network and devices, then deploy a lightweight monitoring and security agent to each one — usually remotely, often the same day. No mess, no all-day install, no disruption.
Secured & running quietly
MFA, patching, enterprise antivirus, content filtering where it's needed, and verified daily backups — all working in the background. No pop-ups, no nagging, no downtime.
Go-live & check-ins
Daily check-ins the first week, then 30/60/90-day reviews to fine-tune monitoring, close any gaps, and plan ahead. When something needs a human, you reach me directly — not a queue.
