Under our per-device plans, your monthly fee covers monitoring, patching, and security licenses. Actual technician labor — troubleshooting, installing new software, fixing errors — is billed incrementally.
I need to cancel. How does that work?
Cancellation requires 30 days' notice, and your prepaid Last Month Deposit will cover your final month of service.
