Every machine runs NinjaOne — professional-grade RMM (remote monitoring and management) software. The agent sits quietly on each PC and server and gives me a real-time window into the health of your whole environment: disk space and drive health, CPU and memory load, Windows and third-party updates, antivirus and security status, failed logins, and more. It reports to me 24/7 and fires an instant alert the moment something drifts out of range — so I am often fixing the problem before your team ever feels it. It monitors system health and security — not what your team is doing day to day.

I take a full image of the entire system — operating system, applications, configuration, and data — stored off-site and verified that it actually restores. So when hardware fails I rebuild the whole machine, or stand it up on replacement hardware, with everything exactly as it was — and have you running again the same day instead of down for days rebuilding from scratch.

Yes — simple, up front, and per device. For business, there's a small one-time onboarding fee per computer to install and configure the monitoring agent; on Secure and Protect that also covers antivirus — I remove any old antivirus and run an initial virus scan first. Protect adds a flat one-time backup setup — one fee no matter your size — covering backup configuration, the first full backup, and a test restore. For residential, basic monitoring has no onboarding fee, with a small per-device add-on to install antivirus (includes a virus scan) or to set up and test backup. You'll find exact onboarding costs on the pricing page. If a virus turns up during setup, removal is a separate service I will quote before going further.
